Embroidery hand cut from fabric, hand-attached to the main area that shows when properly tied, 18"

Each product is designed to order, making it unique and not like another tie. Fabric may vary according to availability of materials. Please note that computer screens, lighting & editing may vary in colors. All embroidery is hand cut from fabric, hand attached and glued to the tie.

*custom base color: Exchanges or returns are not available due to customization. Please note that tulle netting being more visible on custom colors, compared to when it is paired with a white or black tie.

Turnaround Time

Each order is scheduled into our production queue when the order is placed. Every piece is handmade and made to order exactly as requested. Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received.

ALL orders: ship within 4 weeks, shipping time additional.

Fabric Samples only: ship out within 1-5 business days.

SHIPPING TIME IS ADDITIONAL. Choose your preferred shipping speed at checkout.

Need your order sooner? Contact us about rush availability for an additional fee.

Please review our advertised turnaround time plus shipping time before placing your order to ensure it will arrive by your needed date.

If you place an order without allowing enough time and later request a specific delivery date, a rush fee may be added to your order.

Rush requests are subject to our current workload and availability. If we are unable to accommodate your requested rush, your order will remain on its original production schedule and cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Cancellations, Veil Exchanges & Returns

Cancellation:

All orders have a 24 hour grace period for a refund. After this grace period, cancellations are not allowed.

Exchanges:

- We recommend to take advantage of our swatches or email us questions prior to ordering

- If you qualify for a veil exchange after contacting us, you have 10 days from the delivery date to ship us back the original product. There is a flat $99 exchange fee per veil.

Returns:

- Due to the nature that all our items are handmade and made to order, Belle Botanical Creations is unable to accept returns.

Here at Belle Botanical Creations, we require that all veils & accessories go through our stages of professional & quality control. In the rare event that you stumble upon issues regarding your order, Customer Service Team at hello@bellebotanicalcreations.com within 5 days of receiving your order.

International Customers: Import Duty Taxes & Customs Fees (Outside the USA)

International customers (outside of the United States) are responsible to pay any applicable inbound duties, taxes, and any other fees which your local Customs Authority deems appropriate. These fees are paid to your local carrier or government and are not collected by Belle Botanical Creations, and thus cannot be refunded.

We ship international packages DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), meaning that these fees are not included in the price of the goods you purchase from our website. All applicable fees must be paid by the recipient in order to receive the parcel. As we are unable to advise the amount of these fees, we recommend contacting your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates.

The shipping partner (UPS or Fed-EX) usually sends an email informing you of the duties due before delivery. This can also be found on the tracking number. The package may be listed under for the shipper name of: Kaitlyn Benincosa or Belle Botanical Creations.

If the duties remain unpaid or the package is refused, the item might be returned to us, rendering it ineligible for a refund as we would then be required to cover the duties & return shipping costs for its re-importation into the USA.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number. We recommend checking your tracking regularly, as your local customs office or delivery carrier may contact you directly to request payment or additional documentation.

Depending on your country’s regulations, you may be required to provide proof of identity(such as a government-issued ID) and a copy of your order receipt to clear customs. This is a normal part of the process and helps verify the value and contents of your package.

Delays in delivery can occur if import fees are not paid promptly or if customs clearance information is not provided. Please respond to any carrier or customs requests as soon as possible to avoid delays.
