Domestic & International Shipping Policy
Please note that turnaround time + shipping time = total delivery time. A tracking number will be emailed once your item is completed and shipped. Exact turnaround times are always listed on each product page and updated regularly on our FAQ page.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Domestic Orders: Shipped primarily through USPS.
International Orders: Shipped via FedEx, UPS, DHL, or occasionally USPS.
Shipments to P.O. Boxes / APO / FPO
Belle Botanical Creations ships to U.S. addresses, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses, as well as internationally.
Please note: international shipments are subject to customs fees and duty taxes set by your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped, after we are finished with your order (see turnaround times on product listings & FAQ page)
International Customers: Customs, Duties, & Taxes
* Belle Botanical Creations is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or fees. These are the customer’s responsibility and must be paid directly to your carrier or government.
* International packages ship DDU (duties and taxes unpaid). Fees are not included in your order total and must be paid by the recipient.
* We recommend contacting your country’s customs office for estimated charges before ordering.
If duties are left unpaid, the package may be returned to us. Returned items due to unpaid duties are not eligible for a refund as we incur fees for re-importation.
Customs may also require:
* Proof of identity (e.g., government-issued ID)
* A copy of your order receipt
Delays may occur if import fees are not paid promptly or if customs requests additional documentation. Please respond quickly to avoid delays.
Damages
Belle Botanical Creations is not liable for products lost or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged and you purchased shipping insurance, contact us immediately to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and the damaged item(s).
Incorrect Addresses & Refused Delivery
* We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges for re-shipping are the customer’s responsibility.
* Cancellations and returns are not accepted in these cases.
* If a package is “returned to sender,” postal carriers do not prioritize these shipments. It may take weeks, or even months for us to receive the parcel.
Navidium Shipping Insurance
We highly recommend adding Navidium Shipping Protection at checkout. Navidium covers packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
What We Deem as Lost:
* Tracking shows “delivered” but no package received (allow up to 14 business days; couriers sometimes scan early or leave with a neighbor/secure location).
* Tracking has not updated for 14 consecutive days.
* High parcel volumes may result in delays; we reserve the right to classify such cases as “delayed.”
What We Deem as Damaged:
* Items arrive damaged in transit.
* Items are missing due to the parcel opening in transit.
*Photo evidence is required.*
What We Do Not Cover:
* Orders still in production (within turnaround times).
* Incorrect or incomplete addresses.
* Delays caused by weather, natural disasters, holidays, or courier access restrictions.
* Customs delays or unpaid customs fees.
* Recipient unavailable or failure to pick up at designated locations.
How to Submit a Claim:

Include:
* Subject line: “SHIPPING PROTECTION CLAIM – Order #12345”
* Description of the issue
* Photo evidence (for damages)
Do not contact us regarding a missing parcel until 14 business days have passed.
Our Policy for Unprotected Parcels:
If Navidium is not purchased, we must file a claim directly with the courier. This process may take 6–8 weeks and is at the courier’s discretion. We cannot guarantee a replacement or refund.
If courier tracking shows GPS or photographic delivery evidence (to your property, neighbor, or secure location), Belle Botanical Creations is not responsible for replacement or refund.
Shipping Protection is non-refundable.
