Can I order fabric samples?
Fabric samples are available for order, offering the perfect opportunity to decide on style, match color tones with your wedding palette and dress, and assess product quality and workmanship.
We advise purchasing a design swatch beforehand if you're uncertain.

What is your current turnaround time?
All our products are made to order by Kaitlyn. While we have hundreds of fabric yards in our studio, there are no items pre-made, ready to be shipped out (besides any items labeled as "Final Sale" or "Ready to Ship").
Turnaround time:
- Swatches: 1-5 business days
- Veils: 3 weeks
- Small Accessories*: 2 weeks
- Final Sale & Ready to Ship: 1-5 business days.
Shipping time is additional.
(Orders placed prior to 11/25/2024 are still up to 6 weeks for veils and 4 weeks for small accessories).
Your order will be worked on and shipped out based on the date you ordered, within our turnaround time. We aim to work on orders the week of to a few days before it is due, shipping out no later than the exact due date. Once completed, the tracking number will be emailed over.
If any small accessories / final sale items / ready to ship items are ordered with a veil, production time will automatically be up to 3 weeks.
What does "Made To Order" mean?
Made to order means we are making your order exactly how you ordered! While we have hundreds of yards in our studio, there are no finished products ready to be shipped out next day (besides our final sale / ready to ship labeled items).
All items are handmade, no item is outsourced.
All our veils are customized by:

- Comb Color
All our small accessories* are customized by:
- Fabric (embroidery)
- Base color for ties, bow ties, pet accessories, headbands

When everything is made to order, it also helps eliminate waste and overproduction.
Do you offer rush orders?
You may request a rush upgrade to be added to your rush order. If approved/accepted, you will have permission to purchase your item(s) within 24 hours. The rush upgrade is a guarantee your order will be pushed to the top of of our que, bypassing our current turnaround time for veils and small accessories (6 weeks + shipping for veils, 4 weeks + shipping for individual small accessories).

- You MUST contact us before purchasing the rush listings, only some veils & accessories are eligible for rush order due to availability.
- Rush upgrades are NOT always guaranteed due to workload or schedule availability.
- Upgraded priority shipping may also be needed at an additional cost

STEP 2: How to place the rush order once approved:
- Add all items to cart
- Select the appropriate rush option we discussed
- In the notes section, please mention when you need the items by + the date I promised to make and ship by
*Small accessories Include: Ties, Bow ties, pocket squares, hair bows, headbands, pet accessories, mini 2-tier veil, and veil ponytail ties.
Once purchased, the rush fee is non-refundable and non-cancellable. Please contact us prior to purchasing, to ensure availability for working in your order as a rush!

What veil length should I choose?
The length you choose is completely your choice! If you need advice, you are more than welcome to message us a photo of your dress and we can send some recommendations.

Do you make veil capes?
Any of our veils can be made into a cape as a customization.
Do you offer custom orders?
Custom Orders (2024)
At this time, we are not accepting custom orders. We have worked hard to bring many different unique designs that we make in-house! Please note, any custom order inquires regarding veils, hair bows, etc will not be accepted.

Can I order a custom base color for a tie or bow tie?
For a custom base color, please contact us with photos with which color you are looking for. After we confirm & approve the custom color, select "custom color" at checkout.

Cancellation, Exchange & Return Policies
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests made within 24 hours of purchase are eligible for a refund*. To request a cancellation, please email hello@bellebotanicalcreations.com for the next steps. The only items ineligible for a refund within the 24 hours of purchasing, includes our swatches, final sale, and ready to ship items.
Belle Botanical Creations cannot be held responsible for changes in wedding plans that render a veil or small accessories unnecessary after ordering. We emphasize that ordering from a small business necessitates mutual commitment. Should you have any questions, we are always available to address them prior to placing an order.
*Please be aware that online payment methods incur fees for us, and as such, those fees cannot be returned in case of a refund.
In the event that Belle Botanical Creations becomes unable to carry out or fulfill an order of any type before it is finalized, your order will be canceled, and a refund will be issued.
Exchange Policy
If you decide the veil or small accessory, you ordered does not work for your dress or your personal preference, you are more than welcome to exchange for another veil. To be approved for an exchange, please send us an email (hello@bellebotanicalcreations.com) within 5 days of delivery, and ship back within 7 days of delivery. Once approved, we will send the return shipping address. Prior to purchasing, you are encouraged to purchase swatches and contact us with any questions. We are more than happy to provide recommendations for veil lengths and styles.
There is a 35% restocking fee applied to all exchanges. Everything made is handmade to order, and time spent cannot be reversed even though the product is sent back. Shipping costs cannot be refunded. Besides wearing the veil during a fitting, it must be unworn with no damage, no odors, stains, with tags attached.
All original contents MUST be included in the returned parcel. Please use a sturdy weather resistant box or mailer. All return shipping fees are on the buyer. It is also recommended to purchase shipping insurance for the full value of the product. The parcel must be mailed back within 7 days of the original delivery date with the tracking number messaged to us.
When the parcel is received in good condition and the product is reviewed, we will work on your new veil for the exchange and send an invoice for any amount overdue (if applicable). If you need more time for the exchange, please message me asap so I am aware.
ITEMS INELIGABLE TO EXCHANGE
These items are not eligible for exchanges. Final Sale/ Ready to Ship items include, but not limited to:
- Regular postage, upgraded postage or international postage
- Rush fees
- Fabric yardage, fabric swatches, Special Requests, and Bespoke items
- Bespoke items such as cape conversion, cape veil conversion, vintage lace, embroidery initial add on, and not limited to order customizations agreed to
- Any product marked as “Final Sale”, “Clearance”, "Ready to Ship" or "Last Chance"
Return Policy
Due to the nature that almost all our items are handmade and made to order, Belle Botanical Creations is unable to accept returns. Returns are also not accepted for final sale and ready to ship items. We highly recommend you purchase design swatches to ensure the colors/design coordinate with your wedding dress, theme, and/or colors. Exchanges are available.
Please read the product description well, look at photos and email us if there are any questions regarding for clarification. You are also more than welcome to ask for our advice on what design will work best for your wedding! We would be more than happy to ensure you pick the best fitting veil, veil length and small accessories.
Please inspect your order within 5 days of delivery for any problems or concerns, even if you are not ready to try it on. Waiting until your final fitting or a later date does not exempt you from this timeframe. Failure to report any problems within 5 days will be considered acceptance of the product as-is.

Shipping
Where do you ship your products to?
While based in Arizona, USA; we do ship world wide!
Please note customs and duties fees may apply for international shipments. These would be collected upon delivery and are the responsibility of the buyer.
What currency will be used when I place my order?
All prices listed on the website are in USD currency. For international orders, the bank that has issued your credit/debit card determines the exact exchange rate that you will be charged. The amount taken from the original funding source is returned in full when refunded by the seller.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any discrepancies caused by exchange rate fluctuations.
Do I have to pay taxes, customs, or duty duties?
International customers (outside of the United States) are responsible to pay any applicable inbound duties, taxes, and any other fees which your local Customs Authority deems appropriate. These fees are paid to your local carrier or government and are not collected by Belle Botanical Creations, and thus cannot be refunded.
We ship international packages DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), meaning that these fees are not included in the price of the goods you purchase from our website. All applicable fees must be paid by the recipient in order to receive the parcel. As we are unable to advise the amount of these fees, we recommend contacting your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates.
If the duties remain unpaid, the item might be returned to us, rendering it ineligible for a refund as we would then be required to cover the duties for its re-importation into the USA.
What postal company do you ship through?
We typically use USPS for all our domestic shipping. All USA orders ship free take take about 4-5 days for delivery. Most international orders are shipping via USPS or FedEx, which can take between 15-30 days.
All shipping options can be upgraded, at checkout for expedited shipping options.
What is Navidium Shipping Insurance?
Navidium is a shipping insurance company that covers packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

WHAT WE DEEM AS LOST:
- Shipment states ‘delivered’ but you have not received it. We ask that you allow up to 5 working days for your parcel to be delivered. Sometimes the courier prematurely marks it as delivered and tries a redelivery, it turns up in a secure location at your property or it may be at your neighbors.
- We reserve the right to classify your shipment as a ‘delay’ if there is a high volume of parcels in the network and we are aware of delays
WHAT WE DEEM AS DAMAGED:

- Some of your order is missing due to the box/packet opening in transit
Please contact us immediately if your items have arrived damaged or something is missing. Submit photographic evidence of tampered items.
WHAT WE DO NOT COVER:
- Missing parcels or redelivery fees due to incorrect address information provided by you
- Delays in transit
- Order marked as unfulfilled or unshipped. This may be due to inventory issues or dispatch delays
- Orders stuck in customs - we cannot be held responsible for customs delays. Please get in touch with your chosen courier and pay required customs fees. If you refuse customs payments, we are not liable for any return to sender fees, and these will be deducted from your refund
- Items that are returned to us for a refund or exchange that are not in a resalable condition
HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR CLAIM:

A member of our customer service team will assist you within 24-48 hours, during regular business hours of Monday-Friday 8am-5pm PST. What to include in your claim email:
- Subject line: SHIPPING PROTECTION CLAIM for order #12345 (This can be found in your order email)
- Description of your issue
- Photo evidence of damage if applicable
We will continue to track your parcel and should it appear, we request it be sent back to us at our expense. Upon receipt of the item we will also grant you a discount code for future use.
By selecting Navidium shipping protection, you agree to these terms.
We ask that you do not get in touch with us regarding a missing parcel until the allotted time has passed for it to be deemed as lost.
OUR POLICY FOR UNPROTECTED PARCELS:
We will follow the claims policy with your selected courier to either locate your parcel or deem it as lost. This may take 6-8 weeks and is at the discretion of the courier.
If your parcel has a GPS location or photographic evidence that it has been delivered to your property, is with a neighbor or at a secure location, we are not responsible for a refund or replacement.
*Shipping Protection is non-refundable.
Care Instructions
Veil Care Instructions
- Do steam on lowest setting. Spot clean with damp rag. You can also "steam" your veil by hanging it in the bathroom (away from the water) while showing with hot water.
- Do hang to prevent wrinkles. For longer veils, fold the veil lengthwise 2 to 3 times while sharing out the wrinkles and creases. Store away from sunlight.
- Do NOT machine wash or tumble dry
- Do NOT iron veil directly, as this can melt and burn the tulle fabric
- Do NOT hand wash. Spot clean with damp cloth. Lint roll as needed.
Small Accessories Care
- Do hang item(s) in a closet or room to prevent wrinkles. Lint roll as needed.
- Do NOT machine wash or tumble dry.
- Do NOT iron or use steamer
- Do NOT hand wash, spot clean with damp cloth as needed.
