Refund policy

RETURNS

Because every veil and matching piece is handmade to order, we do not accept returns. Exchanges are available on eligible veils according to the policy below.

Please review product descriptions, photos, and available options carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about sizing, color, materials, or details, contact us at hello@bellebotanicalcreations.com. Fabric samples are available so you can see embroidery and colors up close before ordering.

Please inspect your order within 14 days of delivery, even if you are not yet ready to try it on. If anything looks incorrect or you have concerns about your order, email us within this timeframe. After 14 days, the order is considered accepted as received.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Cancellation requests made within 24 hours of purchase are eligible for a refund. To request a cancellation, email hello@bellebotanicalcreations.com.

Fabric samples and rush orders cannot be cancelled.

After the first 24 hours, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded, including when wedding plans change or an item is no longer needed.

Wedding Dates & Turnaround Times

Please consider your wedding date and final dress fitting when placing your order. We recommend ordering at least 3-4 months before your wedding to allow time for production and shipping. 

Our standard turnaround time for veils, capes, and matching pieces is within 4 weeks, plus shipping time. Fabric samples ship within 1–5 business days, plus shipping time. Peak seasons may affect turnaround times, so please check the product page before ordering.

Your production spot is reserved in our schedule when you place your order.

Rush Orders

Rush upgrades may be available depending on our current workload and fabric availability. Please contact us before placing your order with your wedding date and the items you would like to order so we can confirm whether we can accommodate your timeline.

Rush fees:

  • $75 per veil, including express shipping

  • $30 per tie, bow tie, pocket square, hair bow, etc.

If you place an order and subsequently request a specific delivery date, a rush fee may be added. If we cannot accommodate the rush, your order will remain on its original 4-week production schedule and cannot be cancelled or refunded.

If we are unable to fulfill an order, we will contact you and issue a full refund for the cancelled order.

EXCHANGES

If your veil does not work with your dress, you may exchange it for another eligible veil for a flat $99 exchange fee.

Exchange Requirements

To qualify for an exchange:

  • Email hello@bellebotanicalcreations.com within 14 days of delivery.

  • Once your exchange is approved, ship the veil back within 7 days.

  • The veil must be unworn, except for a fitting, undamaged, and free of odors and stains.

  • All original tags must remain attached, and the veil must be returned with everything it came with in the original box.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs and shipping insurance.

Please use a sturdy, weather-resistant box or mailer to protect your veil during return shipping.

Exchange Processing & Fees

If you exchange for a longer veil, we will invoice you for the price difference.

Once we receive your returned veil, exchange production takes approximately 4 weeks, plus shipping time. Exchange orders cannot be rushed.

Return shipping and shipping insurance are your responsibility. The flat $99 exchange fee applies to eligible veil exchanges.

Items Not Eligible for Exchange

The following are not eligible for exchange:

  • Hair bows, ties, bow ties, and other small accessories

  • Fabric samples

  • Rush orders

  • Extra-wide veils

  • Shipping costs
