Refund policy

RETURNS


Due to the nature that almost all our items are handmade and made to order, Belle Botanical Creations is unable to accept returns. Returns are also not accepted for final sale and ready-to-ship items. We highly recommend you purchase fabric samples  to ensure the colors and designs coordinate with your wedding dress, suits, bridesmaid dresses, theme, and / or colors. 

Please read the product description carefully, review photos, and email Kaitlyn with any questions for clarification before purchasing. You are always welcome to ask for advice on what design, veil length, or small accessories will work best for your wedding. Kaitlyn is always more than happy to chat with you, answer questions and give the best personalized advice for you. 

Please inspect your order within 5 days of delivery for any problems or concerns, even if you are not ready to try it on. Waiting until your final fitting or a later date does not exempt you from this timeframe. Failure to report any problems within 5 days will be considered acceptance of the product as is.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS


Cancellation requests made within 24 hours of purchase are eligible for a refund. To request a cancellation, please email hello@bellebotanicalcreations.com for the next steps. The only items ineligible for a refund within the 24 hours of purchasing include fabric samples, final sale, rush requests, and ready to ship items.

Belle Botanical Creations cannot be held responsible for changes in wedding plans that render a veil or small accessories unnecessary after ordering. Ordering from a small business necessitates mutual commitment, and we are always available to address any questions prior to placing an order. Please note that Belle Botanical Creations is also not responsible if an order is placed too close to your wedding date or fitting to allow for our stated turnaround times (or for a rush upgrade when available). We strongly recommend ordering at least 3 months in advance to allow time for turnaround and opportunity for exchanges (if needed).

If Belle Botanical Creations becomes unable to fulfill an order of any type before it is finalized, your order will be canceled and a refund will be issued.

 

EXCHANGES


If you decide the veil or small accessory you ordered does not work for your dress or personal preference, you are welcome to exchange. There is a $99 flat restocking fee applied to all veil exchanges, $39 for tie exchanges. This fee covers additional communication, admin work, and the time to re-make you a new item as requested. Any additional shipping costs are also buyer responsibility. 

To qualify for an exchange:

* Contact us within 5 days of delivery (email [hello@bellebotanicalcreations.com]
* Ship the item back within 7 days of delivery.
* Item must be unworn (except for fitting), undamaged, free of odors, stains, or alterations, with all tags attached.
* Buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees, including shipping insurance.

Please use a sturdy, weather-resistant box or mailer. To help keep things organized, the parcel must be mailed back within 7 days of the original delivery date, with the tracking number emailed to us.

If exchanging from a shorter veil to a longer veil, we will invoice you for the balance due. Any additional shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

Once the parcel arrives at our business mailbox, allow up to 5 business days for pickup. After the item is reviewed and approved, we will begin your new veil. Exchange turnaround is typically 2–3 weeks plus shipping time. If you need more time for the exchange process, please message us right away.

Please note: exchanges are processed in the order received and are not prioritized ahead of new orders. To allow enough time for adjustments, we recommend ordering at least 3 months before your wedding date or dress fitting.

Items Ineligible for Exchange
The following are not eligible for exchanges:

  • Final Sale, Ready-to-Ship, Clearance, or Last Chance items
  • Rush orders
  • Shipping costs (regular, upgraded, or international postage)
  • Fabric swatches
  • Special requests, customized items (e.g., cape conversions, cape veil conversions, vintage lace, embroidered initials, appliqué veils, or other customizations noted in the product description
