FAQs
When will you ship the veil to me?
The veil will be shipped out about 2 weeks before the styled shoot date.
When do I ship the veil back to you?
The veil must be shipped back within 7 days of the styled shoot. If you need an extension you must contact us ASAP.
Who pays the shipping costs?
I am happy to pay the cost of shipping to you, and I just ask that you the renter covers the return shipping since this is a collaboration. You can use USPS, UPS or Fed-Ex.
Will I need to sign a rental contract?
Yes! To officially book, the contract will need to be signed within 48 hours. This is to ensure we are on the same page, and to understand the terms to collaborate and rent a veil from us.
Do you require photographer galleries ?
Yes! Since this is a collaboration and I am not charging a rental fee, the photographer galleries would be required to be sent over as the form of collaboration payment.
If there is a content creator at your styled shoot and / or retreat, we also ask for access for the videos of the veil.
What is your policy on damage?
If any damage occurs while the veil is in your care, please notify me as soon as possible.
Minor wear may be expected, but more significant damage - such as tears, burn marks, heavy staining, etc may result in an alteration damage fee ($35-$75) or a replacement fee retail value ($275-$330).
