Each bow tie comes with a solid color, with Citrus Meadow embroidery & sequin flowers carefully hand-attached to the main area of the bow. The tie is made from 100% high-quality polyester silk. Comes with an adjustable strap, extending in length for customization and comfort.

CHOOSE THE BASE BOW TIE COLOR - Select the color you want the tie that will best coordinate with your wedding colors and/or suit color. We initially offer basic colors of white & black For a custom color to best fit your needs, please select "custom color".

CHOOSE THE SIZE - Choose between a Medium (children, schoolers) 3.94"*1.97" in or a Large 4.72"*2.56 (teens, adults, full age).
Each product is designed to order, making it unique and not like another tie. Fabric may vary according to availability of materials. Please note that computer screens, lighting & editing may vary in colors. All embroidery is hand cut from fabric, hand attached and glued to the tie.

Current production times:
- Swatches: Ships within 1-5 days.
- Bridal Veils: 6 weeks.
- Ties, pocket squares, hair bows, headbands, 2-tier veil & pet accessories: 4 weeks
If swatches or smaller accessory is ordered with a veil, it will presume the longer production time as items are not shipped separately.
All our products are made to order based on veil length or style. Shipping time is additional - choose speed at checkout.
Cancellations, Exchanges & Returns

Cancellation:
- All orders have a 24 hour grace period for a refund.
- Orders cancelled after the 24 hour grace period, a 30% cancellation fee. If we have already made your veil, cancellations are not accepted.

Exchanges:
- We recommend to take advantage of our swatches or email us questions prior to ordering
- If you qualify for an exchange after contacting us, you have 10 days from the delivery date to ship us back the original product.
- All exchanges will have 35% restocking fee deducted from their exchange amount.
- Customized items are not eligible for exchange such as; cape conversion, embroidery initial/name add-on, pearl add-ons, swatches, or anything such as likeness that is customizing.
Returns:
- Due to the nature that all our items are handmade and made to order, Belle Botanical Creations is unable to accept returns.
Here at Belle Botanical Creations, we require that all veils & accessories go through our stages of professional & quality control. In the rare event that you stumble upon issues regarding your order, Customer Service Team at kaitlyn@bellebotanicalcreations.com within 5 days of receiving your order.

BASIC SHIPPING POLICY
For domestic orders within the United States, please allow 4- 5 days to arrive (after the turnaround time). All domestic orders are shipped via USPS which includes tracking. Faster shipping available to upgrade at checkout.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
For international orders, please allow 2-3 weeks to arrive (after the turnaround time) + additional time might be needed according to customs processing. All international orders are shipped mainly via FedEx, occasionally USPS. We also offer an Express International option, which can be upgraded at checkout
All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and not Belle Botanical Creations. Please make sure you are aware of the fees that may apply in your country. If you are unsure if your country charges import duties and taxes, you should contact your local customs office for more information. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages once they have left our studio. If your item is lost or damaged during shipping, please get in touch with the local customs authority directly.
